Operation of this website does not represent Aashritha as a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), mutual fund, stockbroker, securities intermediary, credit-rating agency, or other regulated financial institution, unless the company is separately authorised or registered for a particular regulated activity.

Aashritha does not itself sanction loans or guarantee financing, investment, lender approval, investor participation, transaction completion, or any particular financial outcome.

All financing, investment, and transaction decisions are made independently by the relevant lender, investor, institution, or counterparty.
